This mailing insert was produced to inform Trustees members that they will be receiving a new Property Guide in the coming year. A bold and colorful accompaniment to an informative letter from the Membership team, this vibrant piece built excitement by featuring a mockup of what the new Property Guide would look like, as well as deliberate copy that directed the audience away from the disappointment of not having their Property Guide yet and toward visiting the organization’s website for relevant information.
